The Building Services design from feasibility through to construction documentation was undertaken by Lucid. The process included reporting and optimisation of the services solutions to achieve an optimised product for the client within the budget allowance.
The key features of the building include a central high efficiency Variable Refrigerant Volume (VRV) air conditioning solution including computer software interface for the automatic apportioning of air conditioning running cost to each apartment owner. The building also incorporates optimised rain water harvesting for re-use for apartment toilet flushing, solar boost domestic hot water generation and mixed mode carpark ventilation with carbon monoxide monitoring. |
