| Lucid Consulting Engineers is a South Australian based engineering consulting practice providing engineering services design solutions for large, complex and unique construction projects in the disciplines of Mechanical, Electrical, Communications, Hydraulic and Fire services. This focus has led to continued growth making available a new position of Fire Services Engineer to work within our already established Fire Services discipline. The role is newly created and will provide support to existing staff within this discipline.
The successful applicant will have the following attributes:
- Understanding of the Building Code of Australia and relevant Australian Standards associated with fire services.
- Design capability associated with fire hydrants, hose reels, extinguishers, automatic fire sprinklers, gaseous suppression, fire detection and alarm systems and EWIS.
- Experience within a range of projects requiring the above systems.
- A willingness to learn and consolidate knowledge and expertise in fire services design.
Whilst experience within fire servies design is preferred, equivalent experience in mechanical services design will be considered acceptable.
Graduate Mechanical Engineers are also welcome to apply.
