The building was originally built to accommodate the full range of winery activities including concrete wine tanks and wine storage areas over multiple levels however its function has now become Yalumba’s corporate headquarters and as such conversion of these areas presented as much of an opportunity as a challenge.
Wine tanks have been converted to function and corporate dining / tasting areas and feature lighting is provided to highlight the stunning original features of the building. Reticulation of all services has been carefully managed coordinated and detailed to match the aesthetic standard of this restoration. The entire building has been provided with new lighting, data, air conditioning systems and fire sprinkler protection resulting in a corporate office fitout befitting the success of Yalumba’s achievements.
