Comprising the expansion of an existing aged
care facility, this project consists of the
construction of two (2) new 26 bed multi
storey wings and an undercroft secure carpark. |

- Lucid has been engaged to document electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and fire protection services, including the upgrade of the existing site power supply, expansion of the existing commercial kitchen and laundry while minimising disruption to the existing facility and residents.
- Lucid has also been responsible for the expansion of the existing nurse call system expansion to improve response times and quality of care for residents.
