The project involved complex negotiations with Utilities, authorities and the Norwood Council due to the presence of utility services over the site (being remnants from previous land titling and sub-divisions) and the proximity to adjacent residences.
Systems designed included new tenancy air conditioning systems, power, water, sewer and telecommunications upgrade, high voltage cabling extension and town-gas upgrade, as well as the Coles Supermarket tenancy fit-out.
The centre remained operational during all stages of the project, creating further complexities and design considerations for the delivery team. |
