community centre, developed as a community title
development on a 4 hectare rural district site. |

| The community centre incorporates hydrotherapy pool, spa sauna and commercial kitchen facilities. Engineering services features include; centralized community communications and MATV networks, and rainwater harvesting and distribution systems. The project has also required authority infrastructure extensions associated with creating a rural land subdivision. |
