This project incorporates a naturally ventilated factory floor of approximately 2450m2, and an office building for administration staff.
Lucid Consulting Engineers worked closely with design guidelines from the prospective tenant to ensure base building infrastructure suited the tenant's requirements. An active co-ordination role between Lucid, the design team, the developer and their preferred contractors guaranteed a cost effective solution whilst ensuring a smooth delivery process throughout construction.
